Job Title: FP&A Analyst with SQL Expertise

1. Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst with robust SQL skills to support our financial planning and analysis functions. This role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to guide decision-making processes. 2. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly financial analyses, variance reporting, and forecasting to support business performance evaluation.

• Develop and maintain financial models to predict future financial performance and assess investment opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather budgeting and forecasting inputs and to analyze operational performance.

• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management based on data analysis.

• Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation to enhance financial reporting processes.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the design of dashboards to track financial performance.

• Support the annual budgeting cycle and periodic reforecasts by consolidating inputs from various departments.

• Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and analysis.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.

• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

• Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.

• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

4. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.

• Proven experience in utilizing SQL in a professional environment.
