Role Overview

Panha Drives is looking for experienced and committed Founding Members who can lead teams and drive impact initiatives. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in building and managing a volunteer team, planning operations, and ensuring successful execution of community drives and campaigns.

This role requires leadership, operational planning, and prior experience in social impact, NGOs, or community initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage a dedicated volunteer team.
• Recruit, guide, and mentor volunteers within your team.
• Ensure smooth coordination and clear communication within the team.
Operations & Planning

• Develop and execute operational plans for Panha Drives activities.
• Plan and organize volunteering drives such as visits to old age homes, orphanages, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of events.
Strategy & Impact

• Conduct research to identify community needs and impactful initiatives.
• Work with the core leadership team to develop strategies for social impact programs.
• Monitor activities and measure outcomes of initiatives.
Partnerships & Outreach

• Build relationships with NGOs, institutions, and community partners.
• Support fundraising initiatives and resource mobilization.
• Help expand the volunteer network and increase awareness of Panha Drives.
Campaign Execution

• Lead social campaigns and volunteering programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote initiatives.
• Encourage volunteer engagement and community participation.
Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in NGOs, volunteering organizations, or social initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in operations planning and project execution.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to identify social needs.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach is a plus.
• Passion for social impact and community development.
Commitment

• Minimum 5 hours per week commitment.
• Willingness to actively contribute to planning and execution of initiatives.
• Long-term commitment to building Panha Drives as a meaningful impact platform.
