We are looking for our first US-based Marketing Lead to build and lead the function from scratch. This is a high-impact, builder role, responsible for spearheading the first top-of-funnel strategy across field and digital marketing for the entire company, with a sharp focused on enterprise insurance and healthcare sectors.

What you'll do:

• Launch field marketing: conferences, private events, exec roundtables

• Drive digital campaigns across SEO, paid, email, ABM, and social

• Own messaging, content, and GTM for enterprise AI products

• Build the marketing stack using AI tools for automation and scale

• Work closely with sales and product to align on ICP, GTM, and growth strategy

Our recent field marketing efforts in the US have been highly successful. We aim to continue building our pipeline with insurance and healthcare providers interested in adopting specialized GenAI solutions for workflow automation - particularly those lacking in-house engineering support.
