Looking for:

• Have 1-3 years of experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup/scaleup/big tech (Series A or later)

• Have worked on a dev team (4+ engineers) and understand team dynamics

• Prefer deep work (i.e., more introverted) over constant chatter

• Experience in enterprise-facing, AI-adjacent companies ideal

• Think in systems and care about doing things the right way

• Are self-driven, highly detail-oriented, and always improving

• Desire to start own business/startup in future

• Desire to work remotely (must be in-person in SF)

• Seeking structured work environments or regular hours

Seniority (Must Have)

• 1 -​ 3 years of experience in full-​stack engineering

Work experience:

• 1-​3 years at a B2B SaaS startup (Series A or later)

• Extreme comfort with systems design

• Experience working on a dev team with 4+ engineers

• Experience building enterprise-​facing,​ AI-​adjacent products

Education:

Computer Science degree

Hard skills

Strong coding abilities demonstrated through technical projects built in their free time

Experience with web development (Next.​js and TypeScript preferred but not required)
