We’re looking for a high-agency Full-Stack Engineer to join as a founding team member and help build a web-first, AI-native, agentic SaaS platform from the ground up.

The platform will involve AI agents, LLM orchestration, automation workflows, data pipelines, and scalable backend infrastructure working together to power intelligent product capabilities.

You’ll work directly with the founder to architect and build the entire system from zero — from infrastructure and backend systems to AI-powered product layers.

This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role for someone who enjoys solving hard engineering problems, thinking in systems, and shipping quickly.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend systems and APIs


• Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scale


• Build modern web interfaces and user-facing workflows


• Implement asynchronous systems (queues, workers, background jobs)


• Develop data ingestion, processing, and enrichment pipelines


• Integrate multiple third-party APIs and external services


• Build and orchestrate AI agents and autonomous workflows


• Implement AI-powered capabilities using LLM APIs and modern AI tooling


• Design systems for intelligent automation and workflow orchestration


• Ship quickly and iterate continuously

Must Have


• Strong experience in modern full-stack development (frontend + backend)


• Solid expertise in database architecture, schema design, and performance optimization


• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs


• Experience implementing async systems (queues, workers, background jobs)


• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and external services


• Practical experience building AI-powered features using LLM APIs


• Experience working with vector databases / semantic search infrastructure


• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)


• Experience implementing authentication, RBAC, subscriptions, billing, and payments


• Prior experience building and shipping SaaS products end-to-end


• Experience working with multiple LLM APIs and AI tools across the ecosystem

Nice to Have


• Experience building AI agents or agentic workflow systems


• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks and agent tooling


• Experience designing data pipelines or enrichment systems


• Familiarity with Redis, queues, or distributed job processing systems


• Strong understanding of security and infrastructure best practices


• Experience building high-throughput or data-heavy systems

This is a founding team role. Compensation can be structured as equity, project-based compensation, or a hybrid structure, depending on alignment.
