Compensation: $130K–$300K + 0.5–2% Equity

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable backend and platform systems.

  • Develop and integrate LLM-based agents with large datasets.

  • Take ownership of projects in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

  • Continuously learn, adapt, and contribute to core architectural decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering.

  • Strong skills in Python, AWS, SQL databases, and API development.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in startup environments.

  • Bonus: Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.

Tech Stack :

Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, Postgres, AWS, Django, LangChain, AI Agents, RAG.

Education:

CS degree from a top 30 university (U Toronto,​ Berkeley,​ Duke,​ etc.​)
