Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid, with opportunities for remote work. The Founder will be responsible for strategic leadership and direction to establish and grow Golden Kubestronaut as an organization. The role includes building organizational processes, cultivating partnerships, overseeing business operations, and representing the community of CNCF-certified professionals. The Founder will also focus on identifying growth opportunities and fostering community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Experience in cloud-native technologies and in-depth understanding of CNCF certifications
• Business development, partnership building, and communication skills
• Experience in organizational development and operational management
• Ability to inspire and engage a global community of professionals
• Proficiency in both in-office and remote collaboration environments
• Fluency in English, with Spanish language skills being a plus
• Passion for technology, innovation, and empowering cloud-native professionals
