Your Role

- Deliver engaging lectures, labs, and seminars in Food Technology / Food Engineering (including Dairy Technology).

- Mentor UG & PG students in research projects, internships, and innovation-based learning.

- Contribute to impactful research, publications, patents, and consultancy projects.

- Collaborate with industry partners and participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and academic initiatives.

Who Can Apply

Essential:

- B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Food Engineering, or related field

- M.Tech / M.Sc. in relevant specialization

Preferred:

- Ph.D. completed or pursuing

- Teaching experience in higher education

- Industry exposure in food processing, dairy technology, or product development
