  • As a Food Technologist Intern with a focus on moisture, gluten, ash, and oil testing, you will play

    a vital role in our Research and Development team, ensuring the highest quality standards for

    our food products. This internship offers hands-on experience in specialized testing procedures

    related to moisture content, gluten, ash, and oil, while also involving responsibilities in quality

    control, material approval, and label compliance.
  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • 1. Testing and Analysis:
    ➔ Conduct tests for moisture, gluten, ash, and oil content in food products.

    ➔ Utilize laboratory equipment to perform accurate and reliable analysis.

    ➔ Ensure compliance with industry standards for each testing parameter.

    2. Quality Parameters:
    ➔ Establish and maintain quality control protocols for moisture, gluten, ash, and oil testing.

    ➔ Implement procedures to monitor and maintain the desired quality standards.

    3. Material Receiving:
    ➔ Evaluate incoming raw materials for compliance with quality specifications.

    ➔ Determine whether materials meet established criteria and approve or reject them

    accordingly.

    4. Label Compliance:
    ➔ Collaborate with the labeling team to ensure that product labels comply with regulatory

    requirements.

    ➔ Verify that labels accurately reflect the tested parameters and nutritional information.

    5. Documentation and Reporting:
    ➔ Maintain meticulous records of testing procedures, results, and quality assessments.

    ➔ Prepare detailed reports on the findings and communicate insights to the R&D; team.
  • *Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Robust interest and coursework in moisture, gluten, ash, and oil testing.
