Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Food Technologist / Beverage R&D; Specialist to support new product development (NPD) and formulation of carbonated and functional beverages.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in beverage formulation, carbonation systems, stability testing, and beverage production trials.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new beverage formulations for carbonated drinks, flavored beverages, and RTD products
Conduct lab trials, sensory evaluation, and product optimization
Monitor beverage parameters including Brix, pH, CO₂ volumes, clarity, and stability
Perform stability testing and shelf-life studies
Support pilot trials and commercial production scale-up
Evaluate ingredients such as flavors, sweeteners, acids, preservatives, and stabilizers
Maintain R&D; documentation, product specifications, and trial reports
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
Work closely with QA/QC and Production teams

Required Skills

Beverage formulation and carbonated drink processing

Ingredient functionality in soft drinks and functional beverages
Strong documentation and reporting skills

Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech / BSc / MSc in Food Technology, Food Science, Beverage Technology, or related field
3 years experience in beverage manufacturing, FMCG R&D;, or food product development

Preferred Experience

Carbonated soft drinks
Functional beverages / energy drinks
Flavored water or RTD beverages
Beverage filling lines and carbonation equipment
Packaging compatibility (PET bottles, cans, glass)
