Job Title Production Head Location Sonipat Haryana Employment Type Full-time Salary Range 50 000 - 70 000 per month Company Website www clumsybumsy com About Us At Clumsy Bumsy we re a rapid-growing pet food brand obsessed with creating healthy fresh meals for cats Our team is small passionate and highly collaborative We care deeply about our customers and their pets and are looking for someone who shares the same dedication leadership and ownership especially in our production operations Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure timely efficient and high-quality output of pet food products Plan and execute daily weekly and monthly production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts inventory goals and sales targets Manage and guide production teams ensuring proper manpower planning task allocation training and performance monitoring Maintain strict adherence to FSSAI guidelines food safety standards hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices GMP Continuously monitor production metrics such as output yield wastage and efficiency and drive improvements to achieve operational excellence Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to optimize cost reduce wastage and enhance productivity Oversee preventive maintenance of machinery and ensure minimal downtime in production Support introduction of new products by developing and standardizing production processes for smooth rollout Prepare and manage the production budget monitor costs and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Maintain complete documentation reports and compliance records in line with internal and statutory requirements Build a strong motivated production team culture with clear accountability discipline and continuous skill development Key Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Food Technology or Food Science mandatory 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or processing with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role Strong understanding of food safety quality control and manufacturing best practices Proven ability to manage large-scale production manpower and operational planning Excellent leadership analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive hands-on approach Passion for pet nutrition product quality and process excellence will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
