**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize formulations for **soft drinks, energy drinks, flavored beverages, and other liquid refreshments**.
- Conduct research on new ingredients, flavors, and technologies to enhance product quality and innovation.
- Ensure that formulations comply with **FSSAI and other food safety regulations**.
- Oversee **product development, testing, and scale-up processes** from lab to production.
- Work closely with the **R&D;, Quality Assurance, and Production teams** to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate raw materials and ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.
- Troubleshoot formulation issues and optimize product stability, taste, and shelf life.
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, trials, and process improvements.

• *Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of experience in **beverage formulation and product development**.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of **beverage ingredients, preservatives, sweeteners, emulsifiers, stabilizers, and carbonation techniques**.
- Understanding of **food safety standards, labeling requirements, and regulatory compliance**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced manufacturing setting** and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
