Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Food Safety


  • Monitor and ensure quality standards for bakery and dessert products


  • Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene practices


  • Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products


  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards

    Product Development


  • Assist in testing new recipes and product formulations


  • Support in improving shelf life and packaging quality


  • Conduct trial batches and document results

    Documentation & Reporting


  • Maintain quality check records and production logs


  • Prepare reports related to product quality, testing, and inventory


  • Ensure proper documentation of food safety compliance

    Hygiene & Compliance


  • Monitor cleanliness and sanitation in production areas


  • Ensure staff follows food safety and hygiene guidelines


  • Assist in internal audits and inspections

    Required Qualifications


  • Diploma or Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Engineering


  • Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control procedures


  • Understanding of bakery, confectionery, or dessert production is preferred

    Experience


  • 1–3 years experience in food production, bakery, or food manufacturing


  • Freshers with strong food technology knowledge may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
