Responsibilities:

System Administration:

Manage and maintain the organization's Management Information Systems, including databases, reporting tools, and other MIS applications.

Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of MIS systems through regular monitoring and maintenance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making processes.

Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and formats.

Database Management:

Design, develop, and maintain databases to store and organize organizational data.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data validation and cleansing activities.

Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and other techniques.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of MIS systems and procedures.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements to MIS systems.

Conduct user training and provide support to ensure effective utilization of MIS tools.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data security policies.

Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information stored in MIS systems.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address security vulnerabilities.

Skills Required:

❖ Good with EXCEL

❖ Valuable knowledge of different excel formulas

❖ Have knowledge of Macros, if possible

❖ Thorough Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

❖ Should know Pivot Tables

❖ Background in Mathematics will help

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing Management Information Systems, databases, and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

App script java script, Intranet,Google Looker Studio (Dashboard)

Flow management system(FMS) and inventory management sheet(IMS)

Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications in database administration or business intelligence tools are a plus.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
