The Role: The Trade Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive secondary sales, and strengthen market share across retail and modern trade channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and on-ground execution excellence to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and distribution teams.

What You’ll Do -

1. Collaborating with Inter - departments for On ground Execution: - Work closely with sales teams and other internal departments to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure seamless execution.
2. Benchmarking Market Trends and Competitor Activity: - Staying updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities is crucial for identifying opportunities and adapting marketing strategies.
3. Building and Maintaining Relationships with Retailers and Distributors: - Fostering strong relationships with retailers and distributors is vital for securing optimal product placement and promotional opportunities.
4. Driving Sell In & Sell Out at the Point of Sale: - Work to enhance product visibility and drive sales at the point of purchase through various promotional activities and in-store execution.
5. Executing Trade Marketing Events & Channel Programs: Executing trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote products and engage with customers.
6. Reporting and Communication: Providing regular reports on KPI performance, market trends, and other relevant information.

What We’re Looking For

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Brand Activation in FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of executing trade campaigns and driving secondary sales growth
