This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate inventory management and smooth dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities

Scan and verify product barcodes using handheld scanners to ensure accurate inventory logging.

Sort, label, and organize items as per warehouse protocols.

Collaborate with dispatch and packaging teams to ensure timely order processing.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the work area.

Report any inconsistencies or damaged products to the supervisor.

• *

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse management.

Ensure compliance with Flipkarts operational and safety guidelines.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent educational qualification.

• *

Ability to understand basic instructions and operate a barcode scanner.

• *

Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.

• *

Basic understanding of warehouse practices is a plus.

• *

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience

0 to 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics roles preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

• Working Hours

Night Shift Available: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (with breaks).

Weekly off on a rotational basis.
