Job Summary

Flipkart, Indias leading e-commerce platform, is hiring Packaging Associates for our warehouse operations. As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for packing, sorting, labeling, and preparing products for dispatch to customers. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, time management, and physical stamina. You will be a key part of the supply chain process ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities

• *

Pack customer orders according to Flipkarts quality and safety standards.

• *

Sort incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure items are correctly labeled and placed.

• *

Scan barcodes, update inventory logs, and prepare items for dispatch.

• *

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.

• *

Ensure accurate packaging to avoid product damage during transit.

• *

Assist in loading/unloading trucks as required.

• *

Work closely with warehouse supervisors and follow shift-based targets.

• *

Report any packaging discrepancies or product damages to the team lead immediately.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Minimum 10th Pass (SSLC/Matriculation).

• *

Basic reading and writing skills in English or local language.

• *

Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• *

Good physical health and ability to lift/move packages (up to 15-20 kg).

• *

Basic knowledge of warehouse tools such as barcode scanners.

• Experience
• *

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in warehouse operations/logistics/packing roles.

• *

Experience in e-commerce or retail warehousing is an added advantage.

• Working Hours
• *

Full-time | Rotational shifts (Day/Night)

• *

Typical shift timing: 9 hours including a lunch break.

• *

Weekly off on rotation (not necessarily on weekends).

• *

Overtime and peak season hours may apply.
