About Meet Your Move

Meet Your Move is a movement-based training institute focused on strength, calisthenics, rehabilitation, mobility, and performance training. Our goal is to help people move better, get stronger, and build lifelong fitness through structured training programs.

Job Role

We are looking for a passionate and disciplined coach who can assist in training sessions, guide members during workouts, and support the MYM training system.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting daily training sessions for members
• Guide clients in calisthenics, strength training, and movement exercises
• Ensure correct exercise form and safety during workouts
• Help clients follow their custom workout programs
• Assist in warm-up, mobility, and rehabilitation routines
• Maintain discipline and energy in training sessions
• Support in class setup and equipment management
• Motivate members to stay consistent and improve performance
• Learn and follow the MYM training structure and methodology

Required Skills


• Basic knowledge of fitness, calisthenics, or strength training
• Good communication with clients
• Energetic and positive personality
• Willingness to learn and grow as a coach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced training environment

Preferred Qualifications


• Certification in fitness, personal training, or sports science
• Experience in calisthenics, gymnastics, or functional training
• Background in sports, yoga, or movement training

Working Hours

Mon-Sat: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience and role. Internship and trainee positions are also available.
