We are looking for an experienced **Finishing Incharge** to manage and supervise the finishing department in our **men’s wear garment manufacturing unit**. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, timely completion of finishing activities, and smooth coordination with production and quality teams.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise end-to-end finishing operations including checking, ironing, folding, tagging, and packing
- Ensure garments meet quality standards before final packing and dispatch
- Manage finishing staff, allocate work, and monitor productivity
- Coordinate with QC, production, and dispatch teams to meet shipment timelines
- Identify defects and reduce rework and rejection levels
- Maintain daily finishing reports and production records
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the finishing area

• *Requirements:**

- 3–6 years of experience as a Finishing Incharge in the men’s wear garment industry
- Strong knowledge of garment finishing processes and quality standards
- Ability to handle manpower and work under production deadlines
- Good communication and team coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
