Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Fine Arts and Social Media Manager. The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing content for social media platforms, developing content strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. The individual will oversee the creation of art and visual assets, manage audience engagement, and implement social media marketing campaigns to expand reach and visibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in Content Strategy and developing engaging social media campaigns
• Creative mindset with a background in fine arts, graphic design, or related field
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and strategies for audience engagement
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a creative team environment
• Degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
