As an Assistant Manager - Finance at Swiggy, you will play a crucial role in managing MIS, accounting, and end-to-end P&L reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting variance analysis for revenue and expenses, and providing reasons for the variances.
- Preparing schedules, aging reports, financial disclosures, and ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Assisting in implementing internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Improving and implementing processes by gaining a positive understanding of the business and underlying data.
- Coordinating end-to-end on Due diligence, internal audit, and statutory audit assignments.
- Managing account receivables and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications required for this role include:

- CA qualification with 0 to 2 years of experience in the Finance field.
- Prior experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Financials, basic understanding of MIS, and familiarity with taxation concepts such as GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in data mining tools like Oracle, Finly, Navision, Tally, etc.
- Exposure to statutory and tax audits would be advantageous.
- Ability to analyze large quantities of complex data and derive actionable insights.
