Job role : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

📍 Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Are you a numbers-driven finance professional who enjoys turning data into business insights? We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to join our team and drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial model preparation and scenario analysis
• Monthly MIS and management reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and business plan preparation
• Budget vs Forecastvs Actual analysis
• Cost variance and revenue varianceanalysis
• Monitoring and reporting of key financial KPIs
• Preparation of monthly performance reports and dashboards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to present financial insights to leadership teams

Qualification:

• B.Com (Hons) – Mandatory
• MBA (Finance) or CA (Inter) / ICWA – Preferred
• 6–10 years of relevant experience
