1. Job Purposes
Provides a high standard of service to the OSB Group in relation to finance related matters

2. Core Responsibilities

- Perform and effectively maintain the bank reconciliations for the group on day-to-day basis.
- To ensure cash books are roll-forwarded, cash books outstanding items are notified to respective department within the agreed timeline.
- Compare the trial balances with financial reports to verify balances.
- Review and analyse all transactions to ensure they are properly recorded and classified in financial system.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure accurate reporting.
- To prepare daily and month end journals, finalise the books and journalise the month end entries within the agreed timeline.
- Support the Audit requirement for Reconciliation team.
- Support team and leads in Month end closures activities.
- Ensure all self and departmental objectives are achieved.
- Handle queries efficiently received from internal team.

3. Experience Requirements

- 12 to 24 Months

4. Knowledge Requirements

- Finance & accounting knowledge
- System - MS office (Excel, PPT, word)
- Knowledge on bank Reconciliation process
- Good communication skills

5. Required Qualifications/Certifications

- Graduate and Postgraduate in Commerce

6. Responsibilities re Information Security Management System (as per ISO 27001 Certification Requirements)

- Ensure strict adherence to company’s security policies and procedures (for ex: Password policy, clear screen and explicit desk policy, etc.)
- Take ownership of all the assets/information assigned and secure it in compliance with ISO 27001 standard implemented in the company.
- Co-operate and co-ordinate for the internal audits conducted in the company (complying to ISO 27001 standard).
- Report to the Incident Response Manager, any incidents you come across in the office with regard to Security threats like threats to physical asset & stored information or any risks detrimental to the Security Policies of the company, etc.,.
- Responsible to supervise in ensuring that all personnel reporting to you shall observe all Security requirements and be appropriately trained in Security.
