Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards

• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost control and financial planning

• Lead or support SAP implementation and post-go-live activities

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books

• Maintain compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and internal controls

• Develop and standardize financial reporting systems and processes

• Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Work closely with operations and mining project teams to ensure alignment with financial goals

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA/MBA preferred)

• Proven experience in SAP implementation (preferably FI/CO module)

• Exposure to budgeting, reporting, and financial planning

• Prior experience in the mining industry is mandatory

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
