As a Senior Financial Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for supporting one of the product groups by delivering monthly/quarterly reporting on inventory and accounts reconciliations. Your role will require you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and provide insightful analysis. Collaboration with various business partners across cross functional teams (CFTs) is essential to ensure accurate and timely reporting in a complex and demanding environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Support Quarterly forecast reviews (QxR) and Annual Operating Planning (AOP).
- Handle actuals and forecast reporting of inventory and perform variance analysis.
- Execute month-end close entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage balance sheet related activities and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and update them regularly.

• *Qualifications Required:**
- Solid budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial skills.
- Experience in working with inventory and related provisions.
- Strong technical abilities, including experience with SAP and advanced Excel.
- Good analytical, organizational, planning, and initiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and promote a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**
- CA Inter/CMA Inter/ MBA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
