You will be joining our team as an intern to gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. Working closely with senior professionals, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in preparing financial statements, conducting variance analysis, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial trends, deviations, and provide actionable insights.
- Aid in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed by senior analysts and finance teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, NetSuite, MS Dynamics) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Previous internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not mandatory.

If you are interested in this internship opportunity, the duration will be 6 months with a monthly stipend of 15K. The conversion to a full-time position will be performance-based as per company norms.
