Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collect financial and non-financial data from various units located across India.
• Consolidate and analyse the collected data to identify variances, trends and performance indicators.
• Prepare presentations and reports for monthly review meetings with management.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
• Support management with data-driven insights for business performance evaluation.

Skill Requirements

• Advanced spreadsheet skills in tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively coordinate with team members across different locations in India.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Preferred Background

• Candidates with experience in hotel finance or the hospitality industry will be preferred.
