Role Summary:

The role focuses on supporting the design, delivery, and management of finance learning programs with specialization in Financial Reporting, Ind-AS/IFRS, and Finance.

The position combines training delivery with program management responsibilities, ensuring smooth coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment for academic and corporate training engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver training sessions and workshops on Financial Reporting, Ind-AS/IFRS, and Finance under the guidance of senior team members.

● Coordinate the end-to-end program management lifecycle — trainer scheduling, session tracking, content sharing, reporting, and feedback analysis.

● Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external trainers to maintain accuracy and consistency in content.

● Support content updates, case-study creation, and assessment preparation for finance programs.

● Prepare and maintain training trackers, feedback summaries, and performance dashboards.

● Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and learner engagement.

● Stay current with changes in accounting standards and integrate updates into training content.

Qualifications & Experience:

● ACCA, CA (Inter), CA

● 1.5–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance training/project coordination roles.

● Strong conceptual understanding of Ind-AS, IFRS, and corporate reporting frameworks.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
