Job Title: AGM - Finance Operations Delivery

Location: Mumbai

Candidate Specification

Candidate with 16-18 years experience in finance operations, shared services, GBS, or outsourcing environments

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA only.

5-7 years in senior delivery or client-facing leadership roles

Strong hands-on experience across core F&A processes

Proven experience managing large, complex, customer-facing finance programs

Exposure to global delivery models and multicultural teams

Functional & Domain Skills

Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes

Strong grasp of accounting principles, controls, and compliance

Experience with ERP systems and finance technologies

Leadership & Behavioral Skills

Executive presence and strong communication skills

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage ambiguity

Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability

High emotional intelligence and conflict management skills

Delivery & Commercial Skills

Program and portfolio management

Financial acumen and P&L management
