As a Finance Manager / Interim Chief Finance Officer (CFO) located in Baner, Pune, you will play a vital role in overseeing end-to-end financial management, driving business performance, and supporting organizational growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing and analyzing MIS reports to monitor business, project-wise, and unit-level P&L; performance
- Tracking deviations, margins, and profitability trends to highlight risks and corrective actions
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial plans aligned with organizational strategy
- Developing financial dashboards and reports for leadership and board-level reviews

In addition to hands-on finance operations, you will also be responsible for acting as an Interim CFO, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Your leadership responsibilities will involve supporting long-term financial planning, strengthening financial governance, and partnering with business heads to drive growth and scalability.

Furthermore, you will oversee credit control, receivables management, and client recovery processes. This includes conducting follow-ups with clients for timely collections, monitoring cash flow positions, and ensuring liquidity for operational needs.

Your qualifications should include CA (Intermediate / Completed) with strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting skills. Additionally, you should possess strong stakeholder management, team coordination, and communication skills.
