Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the hotel ensuring accurate reporting effective cost control and compliance with statutory requirements This role involves managing budgets forecasting internal controls and providing strategic financial insights to support the hotel s business objectives Key Responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger Prepare accurate and timely financial statements MIS reports and forecasts Develop annual budgets and monitor performance against set targets Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for savings and improved efficiency Ensure compliance with local tax laws statutory regulations and internal audit requirements Manage cash flow banking relationships and treasury operations Coordinate with department heads to provide financial insights for operational decision-making Supervise and train finance team members ensuring adherence to policies and procedures Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets Support management in strategic planning business reviews and profitability analysis Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field MBA CA CPA preferred Minimum 5-8 years of finance accounting experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems IDS Opera SAP or similar Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong leadership communication and team management abilities High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund
