Purpose of the Role:

The  Finance controller position functions as a business partner with the concerned function and financial management to effectively manage and control the operations.

Principal Accountabilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition

• Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site

• Analyze variances and communicate explanations to management with recommended actions

• Prepare forecasts of income statement and statement of cash flows for the plants

• Monitors achievement of Conversion Cost productivity targets.

• Must work across organization boundaries and all levels of the company to achieve ISC metrics

• Monitor goods in transit and post month end entries with regard to inventory

• Maintain and manage fixed assets register

• Handling Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits

• Providing support for Direct and Indirect Tax Assessments

• Other activities entrusted by management on a time to time basis.

• Working knowledge of SAP.
