As a strategic Financial Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding senior stakeholders towards financial success. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing strategic financial leadership and direction to senior stakeholders.
- Developing and executing the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management.
- Leading accounting operations, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
- Leading the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting.
- Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Presenting financial performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the organization.
- Supporting business growth initiatives through financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Demonstrating strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications required for this role include:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with rank holder status.
- 13-18 years of progressive experience in finance and around 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in financial due diligence and integration.
- Hands-on experience working on Oracle ERP.
- Understanding of Legal aspects & compliance.
- Strong Leadership & Management Skills.
- Stakeholder management.
