Oversee and manage the company’s accounting and financial reporting processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial controls. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management. Ensure timely filing of statutory compliances such as GST and other regulatory requirements. Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.
