Finance Administrator - Bournemouth Salary: £25,397 - £28,386 Work Pattern: 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH (Friday + one flexible day once settled) Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday-Friday (30‑min lunch)We're looking for a Finance Administrator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running for a fantastic charities Finance function. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing the purchase ledger, and supporting colleagues across the organisation.What you'll be doingManaging the purchase ledger and posting invoices into the accounting systemChecking invoices and statements, ensuring correct approvals and timely paymentsHandling petty cash, cash reconciliations, and preparing bankingSupporting with incoming post, email queries, and general finance adminReconciling income across cash, cheques, card payments, and supporting documentsPreparing, organising, and filing financial documentationHighlighting anomalies and assisting the Finance Manager/Senior Finance Officer as requiredWhat we're looking forProven experience in a finance or finance‑admin roleStrong administrative skills with great attention to detailConfident with spreadsheets and finance systemsGood numeracy and communication skillsA quick learner who is self‑motivated and able to work well in a teamExperience with cash handling and reconciliationsIf you are interested then please apply to this role or send a copy of your CV Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
