1. Objective
  • Drive financial strategy with a strong focus on growth, monetization, and sustainability
  • Work closely with founders to support business decisions and scaling
  • 2. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive monetization strategy (subscriptions, pricing, new revenue streams)
  • Support fundraising efforts (financial models, investor materials, data readiness)
  • Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Manage P&L, cash flow, and cost optimization
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve unit economics and margins
  • Set up and maintain financial dashboards and reporting systems
  • 3. Must-Have Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in startup / high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of business models, pricing, and unit economics
  • Hands-on experience in financial planning and execution
  • Exposure to fundraising or investor interactions
  • 4. Good to Have
  • Experience in consumer / D2C / health / digital products
  • Exposure to subscription or app-based businesses
  • Experience working closely with founders or small teams
