• *CRM systems or Oracle.**
• Comfortable to talk to anyone—from internal stakeholders to diverse global clients—with clarity and empathy.
• *What You’ll Do**
• Manage a rolling
• *B2B portfolio (approx. 600 transactions/quarter)**

, using a mix of automated workflows and personal touchpoints

• *(phone/email) to secure payments.**
• Identify client issues early, escalate when needed, and craft creative payment plans or solutions to keep things moving.
• Partner with Order Management, Portal, and Cash Application teams to ensure every dollar is accurately coded and every overpayment is refunded.
