Job Description-Sales Representative

Roles And Responsibilities of field job :-

• Collecting orders in Ordering App from retailers (primarily grocery stores) and Departmental Stores
• Enrolment of new retailers and departmental stores
• Increase width and depth of company’s products at retailer end .
• Take Retailer feedback regularly and solve their issues .
• Coordinate with production team and ensure timely delivery of ordered goods.
• Achieve Sales Targets ( Monthly, Quarterly and Annual ).
• Will report to Sales Officer and together plan how to increase sales revenue from a beat based on Market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Minimum qualification is Graduate with relevant field sales experience of at least 2 Years in sales of food items/beverages/cosmetics/electronic items/automobile spare parts/hardware and sanitary items etc.

· Experience of selling whole spices / spice powders is preferred.

• Proper Knowledge of Guwahati market is required.
• Only Guwahati candidates may apply
• Both males and females can apply
• Age should be between 18 to 30 years
• Should Have Own Two Wheeler (Compulsory)
• Fluency in Assamese is compulsory

Salary:-

· Rs 20,000 - Rs 22,000 in hand per month ( CTC of Rs 2.5 - 3 Lakhs per annum )

• Travel and Daily Allowance will be provided
• Target based incentives will be given
