As a Sales Manager - eBooks at Wolters Kluwer, your primary focus will be on driving the adoption and growth of Lippincott Medical Education (LME) eBooks and AI-enabled digital learning platforms across medical, nursing institutions, and universities. You will play a crucial role in institutional sales growth, key account management, and digital transformation by collaborating closely with academic leadership to deliver scalable, future-ready learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through new acquisitions and retention of key institutional accounts
- Manage 3040 academic accounts across Medical, Nursing, and universities
- Promote and sell eBooks, LME platform, and AI-powered learning tools
- Lead product demos, faculty workshops, and student onboarding
- Engage with librarians, principals, deans, and faculty on digital adoption
- Build long-term pipelines and multi-year institutional contracts
- Work with channel partners for smooth institutional execution
- Maintain accurate forecasts and updates in SFDC (CRM)
- Track market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in digital sales and transformation
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Strategic Initiative Management: Developing and leading high-impact sales initiatives
- Strong exposure to medical/nursing/health sciences institutions
- Proven success in digital/subscription sales and key account management
- Comfortable engaging with senior academic stakeholders
- Proficiency in SFDC, MS Office, and forecasting
- Willingness to travel 5060% within the assigned region
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
