This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Manager outside bilaspur. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property site visits, and identifying potential sales opportunities. The Field Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, meet sales targets, and maintain in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. Collaboration with internal teams and timely reporting will also form an integral part of daily operations.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales, business development, and lead generation skills
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the real estate market of Chhattisgarh.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate or a sales-driven role is advantageous
