Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Reporter Political who will be responsible for covering political, social, and community events across Uttar Pradesh (UP). The role involves meeting with politicians, government officials, and public representatives. The reporter will collect on-ground information, conduct interviews, and deliver timely and reliable updates to the team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in the field are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and interact with politicians, government officials, and community leaders to gather news and statements.
• Represent the organization during meetings and explain the organization’s mission, services, and media platform when required.
• Describe the company’s services and products during interviews.
• Coordinate with the team to deliver timely and accurate updates and information.
• Maintain relationships with politicians, officials, and local contacts.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Basic news reporting and interviewing skills
• Confidence in interacting with political personalities
• Ability to work in the field and meet deadlines
• Experience in political field research or reporting on a YouTube channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in field reporting or news journalism (freshers with strong internship experience may also apply)
