- Sourcing & Recruitment: Actively source security guards using networking, job fairs, and local outreach.
- Interviewing & Screening: Conduct in-person and phone interviews, verify documentation (licenses, backgrounds), and evaluate candidate suitability for security roles.
- Site Deployment & Training: Coordinate the deployment of personnel to client sites and assist with initial training/onboarding.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for urgent or recurring vacancies.
- Compliance: Ensure all hired personnel comply with security, legal, and company policies.
