Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing Representative, based in Tiruppur Taluka. The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for building relationships with clients, promoting the company’s products, and identifying customer needs. The role involves providing excellent customer service, executing field-based marketing strategies, and driving sales growth through effective communication and outreach activities.

• Proficiency in Field Marketing and experience executing marketing campaigns effectively
• Strong Relationship Building skills to foster trust with clients and maintain long-term partnerships
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Sales experience and the ability to achieve targets by identifying and converting new opportunities
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the pumping and power transmission industry is an advantage
• Flexibility to travel extensively within the region as required
