Job Title: Field Level Sales (FLS) – Agency Health
Department: Retail Business Group (Agency – Health)
Function: Open Market (Agency – Health)
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and motivate potential candidates to enroll as insurance agents.
Activate certified agents by ensuring mobilization of the minimum premium within the stipulated time.
Ensure agents are well trained and familiar with the company’s products, policies, and sales processes.
Identify, communicate, and agree on premium targets with agents across different business segments and geographies.
Maintain a healthy ratio of active agents and reduce agent dormancy.
Maximize business mobilization through regular follow-ups and relationship strengthening with agents.
Ensure agents are consistently updated on new products, underwriting guidelines, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations:
Underwriting Team: Policy approvals
Branch Operations: Policy issuance
Claims Team: Claim settlements
Finance Team: Timely disbursement of agent commissions
Education & CertificationGraduate / Postgraduate from a recognized university.
Experience & SkillsExperience in developing and expanding an agency sales network, including onboarding fresh agents and hiring from competitors.
Ability to train and mentor advisors on product knowledge and sales processes.
Strong capability to handle and resolve channel partner queries efficiently.
Experience in joint customer meetings with channel partners for new sales and servicing requirements.
Ability to conduct team meetings and provide guidance to improve team productivity.
Strong relationship management, sales, and leadership skills.
