We are seeking a committed and dynamic Field Coordinator to lead field-level implementation of activities under the Legal Rights Awareness Programme (LRAP). The position requires strong coordination, community engagement, training, and monitoring skills to ensure effective program delivery and impact.

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Travel Requirements:Regular travel required across program locations
Salary:Commensurate with experience and qualifications

Role requirements:
  • Participate in long-term and short-term program planning, coordination, and implementation of LRAP activities.
  • Implement and manage assigned program activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of program outputs.
  • Conduct regular monitoring, documentation, and reporting as per LRAP formats and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local community members and stakeholders.
  • Design, update, and conduct training modules for Community Catalysts (CCs) and Local Committee members.
  • Supervise and motivate CCs, follow up on their performance, and provide mentoring to ensure performance and development. Ensure the CCs and members receive the required support and counselling assistance when needed
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly meetings with Ccs: document discussions, action points, responsibilities, and timelines for follow-up.

  • Eligibility & Personal Attributes:
  • Graduate degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role within the social or development sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and training skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.
  • Capable of taking independent decisions when required.
  • Commitment to the organization’s mission, values, and community-centered approach.
  • Willingness for continuous professional growth and development.
