Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to support installation, service delivery, and after-sales technical support at customer locations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel extensively to project sites and client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper service delivery and acceptance of equipment installations in the assigned region, including customized products.
• Provide after-sales service support for equipment delivered and installed at customer locations.
• Collect product feedback, quality issues, and competitor information and share insights for product improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and efficiency and provide suggestions for enhancement.
• Participate in technical discussions related to customized service design and serviceability improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Submit weekly service reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager within required quality and timelines.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% to project sites and client locations.
