We are looking for a motivated and confident **Fresher Telecaller** to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and generating leads. • *Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM system.
- Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.

• *Requirements**:

- Good verbal communication skills in [preferred language(s): English, Hindi, Marathi, etc.].
- Confident, polite, and clear telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• *Preferred Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus (not mandatory).
