- Preparing and cleaning: Preparing the therapy room before and after each therapy
- Following safety procedures: Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
- Communicating with patients: Reporting patient information to the doctor and dealing with complaints
- Selling products and services: Convincing guests to use services and selling products
- Maintaining relationships: Maintaining guest relationships
- Ensuring a valuable experience: Ensuring guests have a rejuvenating and serene experience
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment: Ensuring the environment is clean, safe, and welcoming
