• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with fabricators in the Jaipur area to ensure quality production and timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory and coordinate stock levels to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for fashion collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Develop creative and strategic merchandising plans to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before launching in the market.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and merchandise trends.

• *Requirements**:

- Minimum of **1 year experience** as a fashion merchandiser in the apparel or têxtile industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Jaipur's fabricators and production landscape.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for design and detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.
