We are a growing men’s wear garment manufacturing company looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in men’s apparel, especially bottom wear (jeans, trousers, chinos, cargos, etc.), and a strong understanding of current fashion trends and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop men’s wear collections (casual, formal & denim bottom wear).
• Create tech packs, design sketches, and specification sheets.
• Research market trends, fabrics, colors, washes, and trims.
• Coordinate with sampling, pattern masters, merchandisers, and production teams.
• Approve samples, fittings, and final designs for bulk production.
• Select fabrics, washes, accessories, and finishes suitable for cost and quality.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards, timelines, and production feasibility.
• Maintain design documentation and seasonal archives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Fashion Designing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in men’s wear garment industry.
• Strong knowledge of men’s bottom wear construction & fits.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (mandatory).
• Good understanding of fabric types, washes, trims, and garment finishing.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple styles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
